If a Training Service Agreement is entered into less than 30 days prior to the anticipated Service delivery date, full payment will be required at the time of execution of the Training Service Agreement. If a Training Service Agreement is entered into more than 30 days prior to the anticipated Service delivery date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of execution of the Training Service Agreement, with the remaining 50% due within 30 days of execution of the Training Service Agreement.
